Hi! I now write under two names…
Under my real name, my Lorna Cook fiction is set in the past full of romance and secrets, whereas my Elle Cook novels are contemporary fiction/love stories set in the present.
My latest, The Hidden Letters, (Lorna Cook) is set in coastal Cornwall, England at the start of the war as landscape gardener Isaac and daughter of the house Cordelia begin a forbidden love affair. It’s out now. The Lost Memories is my sixth historical novel and is available to pre order now. It’s out in March 2023.
The Last Train Home, (Elle Cook) follows Abbie and Tom as they cross paths on the last train home after a night out. Their eyes meet across a crowded carriage and their connection is unmistakeable. What they don’t know is that moment’s later they will both be caught up in an event that will change them forever. It’s one that will bring them together. But it’ll also tear them apart. A lot can happen in seven seconds. A lot can happen in seven years. Can they find their way back to each other?
